“We originally contacted three pool contractors but selected Pacific Paradise Pools based on Rich's response time and professionalism, the fact that the company had a real (and nearby) showroom, and Rich's obvious experience in the industry. After comparing costs, we probably could have saved a bit of money with another vendor ($5k or less) but I honestly believe we received the best service and, in my experience, tradeoffs between cost and excellence are rarely worth it. Rich put together a team of experts who coordinated the various skilled work that needs to be performed for pool construction. They were able to deliver on the timeline and the cost projections, giving us everything we asked for and a beautiful pool just in time for the summer! We would highly recommend Rich and Pacific Paradise Pools.”

“Joseph with Mirage Landscape is an extremely capable landscape contractor that is skillful in creating a wonderful project for even the most discerning client. Most contractor's are good at following the plans and getting the project in the ground, however with Mirage Landscape, they are able to look beyond the plans to foresee potential issues, understand material compatibility, work with client changes, and especially important, they marry their construction knowledge with sound design understanding. “We are absolutely thrilled and so thankful we picked Teserra Outdoor living for our project!! From the moment we met Kenny, we knew we were going with Teserra. As we described our wish list for our yard...he listened intently and immediately began filling it in, fleshing it out, giving suggestions, options, creative thoughts about our space....he made it come to life for us as he described what they were going to do in exacting detail...to make our dream yard a reality for our family. We couldn't wait to sign our contract!! Kenny designed our project, brought drawings and even had a professional artist do a video rendering of our job so we could better understand the elevations and scope of each element. The design was and is "Award Winning"!! I have nothing but praise for Gary, our project foreman. Garys reassuring presence daily at our job site...allowed for us to ask questions, seek advice and benefit from his many, many, many years of building pools and outdoor spaces as we began selecting our stone, tile, pebbletech, concrete colors, coping material, etc... Gary's calm, steady demeanor is exactly what we needed during such a giant undertaking. Edmundo and his crew....the tile, stone, retention wall builders...are TOP notch!! They worked steady from 7:00 am to 4:00 everyday...until our retention walls, firepit, flagstone, stairs, coping were done and absolutely perfect!! No disappearing act for days at a time from these guys, just solid, steady, work until it was done. I am beyond grateful we selected Teserra Outdoor Living for our project. I highly recommend them and would gladly show our yard off to anyone considering hiring Teserra. Thank you Kenny and Gary. “I have to say after all these years my pool is a great spot for our family. The backyard is a spot we truly enjoy. Let me start at the beginning. Bill was professional and kept all his promises After the final agreement the job went smoothly on time and on budget. Any questions that would arise were promptly answered. Great product great service. If , through the years, we had questions or small issues Bill was always there. I would and have suggest him to anyone looking for a solid pool builder. Alan”

“Garden View did an excellent job on designing and building my large outdoor kitchen. It included a barbecue, burners, fireplace, large counter areas, and stone base and pillars. He built a shade structure off the house and used pavers for the floor areas. Mark and his staff was delightful to work with. I have contacted them many times for additional purchases and minor tweeks, and they were as helpful as when they were constructing my kitchen.”

“My wife and I hired Sunset Designers and Builders to completely remodel our backyard. The project involved refurbishing our original pool that was built in 1957, adding a spa, new concrete decking, BBQ island/outdoor kitchen, deck/planter drains, fire pit, sitting wall, landscaping and yard lights. We are 100% happy with Sunset and glad we went with them over the other bidders. They are honest, timely, communicate openly and quickly and continue to drop by and check in on our backyard. We highly recommend Sunset.”
