“Kelly is an amazing agent that made buying a home out of state a very smooth transaction for me. I began shopping online for a home in Franklin NC having never been there in my life. I found Kelly Duff online after talking to many realtors who were worthless - not returning my calls or following up with my home shopping/buying requests messages or emails. Kelly listened to me from the start, she got a sense of what I wanted and what I could afford. She was polite, attentive and promptly returned my emails and calls which other realtors did not do. She provided me with many listings that matched my desires and requests in a home and property. She made videos of properties and took measurements of rooms, porches, decks and patios so I would have knowledge of the home that I was interested in. She even made videos on the way to properties so I would have a sense of what the roads, views and neighborhoods were like. I finally made an offer on an adorable mountain cottage and with her talent for negotiation she saved me thousands of dollars in my home purchase. Buying a home sight unseen can be a bit scary. Kelly made me feel totally at ease and went above and beyond to attend to my every little concern and question. My NC home was three thousand miles from my WA state home when I purchased it and where I had lived for 15 years. I could not be more delighted with my NC home and my only regret is not leaving WA state sooner. “Major interior work - new floor joists and refinish floors in a 100+ yr. old house. Also arranged for painting, pressure washing, landscape work, new garage roof, and extensive railroad tie construction in graded lot.
