“We've been working with Sivage for more than a year now and he's become more than just our real estate agent. He's now part of our family. He was helpful in finding our first investment property. In the GTA real estate market it's not easy to know what kind of property will give you the best ROI so we had a lot of questions going in. He listened to us patiently, answered all our questions, and made sure he understood our requirements and limitations.
