“You gotta choose LEAH! First - she is seasoned. Not only an agent - but broker. We listed w/ LEAH AND she found us the perfect house! She knows how to use her staging portion of business to get the MOST for your home. TRUST me...staging DOES make a difference! (have you ever been in a model home and said "i want mine to look just like this!). The FIRST buyer who looked at our home - bought it! We moved our furniture out and she gave the house a complete make-over - including flowers in our empty planters! But its more...she is on top of every buyer who comes thru your home. she calls the buyers agents...get feedback...offers any help that might be needed to close the deal! This is a subject matter expert regarding real estate! THEN... she called and said we had to jump...she found the new home. We heard the sense of urgency in this sellers market and was in a car 15 min later. 5 buyers saw that home on a Friday evening. Our offer along with 5 others was in the hands of the seller on Saturday. AGAIN...here is where LEAH's expertise comes in. NO ONE wants to lose the house they just decided was "the house" for $500. LEAH knows how to write an offer so that YOUR OFFER is the one that is most attractive. i don't want to oversell her...but she is really that good! be cautious of those in the field who dont have enough knowledge in this tough Vegas market. you need a seasoned agent or a seasoned broker ... this is THE Real Estate representative you want to have on your side. “I cannot say enough about our incredible experience with Michael. We were relocating and needed to sell our 2 houses in Vegas pretty quickly, while making top dollar. Michael promised his best and executed just that! From the first meeting, he was excited and eager to help us in this transition. He was available to us at what felt like all times. He was honest with what we should accomplish and not bother with on both properties to make them as desirable as possible. He is talented with design and creativity and is a natural at marketing. He invested in our sales, even brought by some drinks to our friends and us while we worked on the property one weekend. He was very involved and over the course of this process became a great friend. He hired the most talented photographer (creating a 3D tour of the homes and photographing one property via drone imaging) coupled with some well crafted verbiage, our listing could not have looked more impressive. “Katherine was wonderful to work with. We were referred by a mutual friend and spoke over the phone cross country, She listened to our wish list and helped us find our dream home. We were a little to find a house in 2 days. We have the upmost confidence in Katherine’s knowledge of thee area and her friendly, professional and calm demeanor.
