“Kelly worked with me to stage my home to sell. Her knowledge of space and design were incredible. She was able to rearrange my existing furnishings and decorative pieces to make my home shine. She suggested ways to make rooms and closets look more spacious and organized. She helped me prioritize the rooms that should be painted before the house was listed. She was able to bring in painters and an electrician into my home within a few days to complete the work needed. She pointed out items both indoors and outdoors that could easily be changed with minimal expense that lead to great impacts. When the realtor returned to my home again for me to sign the paperwork to put it on the market, she decided that the staged home could now be listed for a higher amount then she had previously stated a month earlier. The overall staging project lead to minimal costs to me putting more money in my pockets at the end of the sale. I am happy to say I had a binder on the house in a few days after listing the home with multiple bids leading to a price well over asking price. Kelly is a top notch professional and has a solid understanding of design. Her staging skills are impeccable.”
