“When i decided to sell our family home, I went directly to Kim Wells. Since I was in uncharted territory I needed someone to walk me through the process. Boy did she! She offered suggestions of things I could do to bring the best return. We worked hard to prep the house. Kim came over whenever she had a spare moment and even helped us paint! When we had done everything we could, in she came. With truckloads of everything from sofas and beds, to pillows and curtains, she transformed the house. My humble house became a showplace! She brought in a professional photographer to take pictures. I couldn't believe my eyes. The following weekend, together we launched a Mega-Open-House. Signs on every corner within a square mile, banners and signs on the lawn, snacks and drinks for the visitors. It was incredible. She also had a few private showings. And, within 10 days, and after several offers, our house sold... over asking price! We were thrilled, to say the least. She walked me through the paperwork, explaining everything in a language I could understand, and that was that. Perfectly painless. Selling a house doesn't need to be a nightmare, if you have the right agent! I cant thank Kim Wells enough. I Highly recommend her!”

“I am extremely grateful for the remarkable service I received from Mortgage Dove. As a recent graduate just starting my career, I was eager to purchase my first home, despite not having any savings. “I cannot say enough good things about the work Smike did for us. He remodelled our kitchen, laundry room and bathroom in the Summer of 2011. He was on site every day which made the process run very smoothly. He finished the job a few days before he promised and did not go over budget- except where we agreed to do additional things that were not part of the original job. I think htat is unheard of in this business! We continue to get complements on our kitchen and all of the work has held up. Not only is Smike creative and honest, he is a really great human being. I highly recommend him.”
