“Jesse and the entire Dwell team did exactly as they had promised, took care of every minor detail until the job was what I would call perfection. They stayed engaged with us throughout the process, maintaining quality communication and sticking to their word at every turn. They put on a beautiful roof which stands out, finished our our gutters, installed finish wood pieces and matched the paint to give the look we desired as well as built the best fence in my entire neighborhood. “Corey with Shingles Roofing has re-roofed and shingled two of my properties here in Dallas. He is very thorough with explanations, timelines and completion expectations. The crew is timely, expedient and leave the property so clean that it is as if nothing even happened. I was out of town during the last installation and had Corey not communicated throughout the entire process (by text), I would not have believed it had been done. The place was spotless but then again, I have come to expect that from this company since it was the same way with the first job they completed.”

“I needed an entire roof, after storm damage. I called several roofers in for an estimate. Swan was by far the most professional. They not only told me what they would do, but also what they couldn't do. This was a huge help to me in my dealing with the insurance company. The work performed was excellent. The job site was cleaned up every day, and someone was always on site to answer my questions. They worked quickly and quietly. This was important since I office in my home. Once they started, they discovered my previous roof was missing sheathing. They called the insurance company, took the necessary pictures, and the amount was increased to cover that unexpected necessity. They finished on time, with no additional charges. Its been two years, the roof looks beautiful. and I haven't had any problems. I would recommend Swan Roofing without hesitation.”

“After a spring hail storm damaged our roof, we contacted Roofing Giant for an assessment. They scheduled an appointment for the following day. As we feared, we needed a total roof replacement. We contacted our insurance company who stated that we should use a company that was accredited and had a good BBB standing, all of which Roofing Giant had. The repairman were professional, efficient and very knowledgeable. We are extremely satisfied with the new roof, I even preferred the color of the new shingles over the old ones. If ever there is a need for roof repair in the future, Roofing Giant will be the company that I contact.”

“All the repairs and methods to repair and replace my hail damaged roof were done in a remarkably efficient fashion. My neighbors were impressed at the speed and neatness of the crew who replaced my roof. I have now had three roof replacements, and this job was done correctly and it was by far the best job of all. the crew is remarkable: they know exactly what each person's job is as the work progresses. The business end is straight forward and fair from the owners. I have absolutely no complaint with this company's service and I recommend them without reservation.”
