“I found BestWest Roofing through friends. A squirrel ripped a hole in our roof during the rainiest week in Vancouver. I called BestWest Roofing in the evening and they came the next morning to see if they could fix the leak. They did, and asked if I wanted a quote on my roof. Brock was the one that did the quote. He gave me a breakdown of all the costs and gave me alternative options for costs savings. We were able to book the job while my family and I were out of town. When we came back home, a new roof was on our house, but there was no evidence that any construction had been done on our property; the yard was clean, and there was no old roof garbage. It was such a nice surprise. The investment of a new roof an be costly but I totally feel like I got my money's worth and then some with BestWest Roofing.”

“Excellent job, we couldn’t be more pleased. We called On Top for a leak in our roof during a snow fall. Jason and his crew arrived a short time after our call. The necessary repairs were done in the snow to get us over the holidays. The crew was back right after the holidays as they said they would be to replace the roof. The crew was very polite, efficient and worked very hard from start to finish. When the crew finished the clean-up not one nail or bit of debris was left behind. The quality of workmanship was outstanding. Jason gave us an estimate and was true to his word, there were no hidden costs, he even threw in little extras at no charge. If you need a roof repair or a new roof On Top is the company you definitely want.”

We had our roof done, and from start to finish Will was professional, on time, replied to my emails within hours of my writing, and met and exceeded expectations as outlined. He finished the work (and his men were very professional as well) on time, made excellent suggestions for placement of a sun tunnel that we also had installed and was very reassuring about our concerns regarding the sun tunnel.
