“We had the good fortune to find Lyn’s Draperies when we were looking for someone to update the window treatments in our living room. We had no idea of what we wanted or of what would work in the room. That was no problem for Lyn. She came out to the house, got a sense of what we had and what we needed, and then proceeded to guide us through the process of finding a style compatible with our home and appropriate fabrics not only for the drapes but for a chair, window seat cushion, and couch cushions. We couldn’t be happier with the results! More importantly, we appreciated the superb quality of Lyn’s work, her willingness to make the 40+ mile trip to our home on several occasions, and her unfailing patience and good humor while working with two real amateurs who did not always agree with one another. “Windowworks is AMAZING!! We use them more or less all of our projects that require anything custom involving fabric. From pillows to drapes, to custom headboards. Everything we have ever had them do turns out great, and they are always doing their best to make sure we get exactly what we want. Adeline always takes care of us. Highly recommended.”

“This was the smartest call I've made in a long time. I love my blinds they are both functional and beautiful adding warmth and elegance to my home. Tim was wonderful with colour and product suggestions for my blind purchase. The installers where quick, professional and cleaned up all the trash and even took down my temporary blinds. I will certainly use Universal Blinds again and wouldn’t hesitate to refer my friends and neighbours to them.”
