He had a tablet with lots of previous work so I could visualise what he proposed. He also kindly left samples with me so I could later discuss with my partner. Shutters were installed within 6 weeks and look gorgeous.

“Not only did Spiffy Spools produce a beautiful roman shade for me, but they provided excellent customer service. I had originally order my shade with a ribbon border, this is a significant up charge. Their designers didn't think the color and pattern layout matched with the ribbon. They carefully laid it all out and emailed me photos so I could make an informed decision. I choose to leave it off. They fully credited me for the border. The shade is significantly better without it and I am so glad they spoke up. Upon install they quickly responded to my emails with questions and were always friendly! I will definitely be ordering from them in the future.”

“I recently moved house, to a new area I am not familiar with, and wanted some help with window furnishings. Closs & Hamblin contacted by phone initially and asked me about my project, they arranged for a lady to come out to measure, and bring a variety of fabric samples. Julie was really helpful, and spent time listening to my ideas, then measured the windows, and advised on both poles and curtain headings. She then helped me choose the right fabric to go with my sofa, and talked through how the order would be made and fitted. I was then sent a quote, which I accepted. The curtains were hand made and delivered by a fitter, who installed the poles, and hung the curtains - again a seamless process.
I cannot recommend this company highly enough, they were really friendly, listened to my requirements, kept me informed all the way through my order and delivered everything on time.”

The fitter turned up on time, was professional but friendly and fitting was quick and to an excellent standard. They really do look fantastic. You pay for quality and these curtains were not cheap but we genuinely feel like it is value for money. We have more windows to dress and will be using Pret A Vivre for all of them. Recommended.”

“I have used The Natural Curtain Company a couple of times now. Firstly on my own house, when my usual curtain maker wasn't available. They made beautiful curtains for a bedroom bay window. I was very impressed at the quality and lead time. The second time was for a large project in Wimbledon where we had curtains and blinds in every room (5 beds, living room) They were all made and packaged beautifully. Their website is very easy to use and the communication I received between my contact and the workroom was very professional. They notified me of a fault in a fabric and liaised with the supplier regarding replacement fabric. They are now my preferred curtain maker.”
