“I recently moved house, to a new area I am not familiar with, and wanted some help with window furnishings. Closs & Hamblin contacted by phone initially and asked me about my project, they arranged for a lady to come out to measure, and bring a variety of fabric samples. Julie was really helpful, and spent time listening to my ideas, then measured the windows, and advised on both poles and curtain headings. She then helped me choose the right fabric to go with my sofa, and talked through how the order would be made and fitted. I was then sent a quote, which I accepted. The curtains were hand made and delivered by a fitter, who installed the poles, and hung the curtains - again a seamless process. I cannot recommend this company highly enough, they were really friendly, listened to my requirements, kept me informed all the way through my order and delivered everything on time.”

“A friend who had used Bindu’s services recommended her for our sitting room project. I needed help with choosing curtain fabric to fit our existing sofas and she listened to my requirements and saw curtains and blinds I already had in the house to gauge my style. I love colour and Bindu was great with suggesting colour schemes and fabric. Once I had decided on the fabric which she ordered, she organised new poles which I painted myself, and she also organised the fitting of the poles and took great detail in the final fitting of the curtains which were then steamed in place. I can’t recommend Bindu enough for her ideas, professionalism and general friendliness.”

“Hiring Babic Interiors for my sizeable curtain project (I was putting curtains/blinds into six rooms) was one of the best things I ever did. Olivera was helpful and professional, and easy to contact. She worked with me to find the fabrics that I wanted to use and gave very good advice. I now have a house full of good quality, well-made curtains and blinds that have been hung to the highest standard. “Sacha made 2 Roman blinds for my bedroom. She came to visit me with a very large choice of fabrics and to measure for each blind. Ordering was easy and Sacha kept me informed of when the blinds would be ready. The finished products are beautiful, very well made and fit perfectly. I am extremely happy with the service I received and the finished product. I certainly won't hesitate in asking her to make more blinds in the future.”

“I have used Ma Maison for all the curtains and blinds in my home, as well as some soft furnishings. Beatrice is very good at what she does and is a really great help when you need advice on materials/colours/styles etc. She is more than generous with her time, and has even accompanied me to material shops to help me make my decision. I also find that her quotes are very reasonable. I would recommend Beatrice and Ma Maison.”

The service was perfect from start to finish - the advice on the type of blinds and the measuring service and the final installation - were all carried out to the highest standard! “Pret A Vivre have been outstanding from start to finish. Laura at the Fulham branch helped us hone down our ideas from the endless curtain styles and fabrics available. She could not have been more helpful and insightful and we feel like we got expert advice and just the right curtains for us. The lead time was as expected and fitting was equally impressive. The fitter turned up on time, was professional but friendly and fitting was quick and to an excellent standard. They really do look fantastic. You pay for quality and these curtains were not cheap but we genuinely feel like it is value for money. We have more windows to dress and will be using Pret A Vivre for all of them. Recommended.”

“This is a small local business where every effort was made to help find the right fabric and style for the right location. The staff were very helpful in helping my daughter to choose blinnds for the children's rooms and lounge curtains with Design Room providing good advice and lots of fabric books to choose from. Previously I have had used them for other rooms in my sons' house as well as my own. The finished products have always been excellent and completed to a high standard. I am already planning to use them for the next room we are about to redecorate.”
