Even more crucial in my opinion is that she is tactful but honest----about her opinions of your project, about price points of various possible products you might consider, about the pluses and minuses of each material (wrinkling, privacy issues, operating mechanisms etc.) She is clear about scheduling. She is on time when she comes to your home, loaded down with samples and hardware, tools, ladders....a one-man band so to speak. If she tells you your new drapes will arrive on Friday at 2:00 p.m. and be installed by 5:00 it is so. And Rhonda stands behind her products. The few times I have expressed a concern with regard to the final "look" of something, she has immediately shown up to fix whatever was on my mind. In one case, months later! I have availed myself of her services now in two old houses that badly needed making over. I have learned to consider her a big part of the team I have tried to put together over the years to support and improve these beautiful structures we call "Home."”
