She, Deborah and another colleague were patient and had wonderful ideas and suggestions. Lisa must have been to my home four to five times as we narrowed down the choices. She even accepted delivery when I had to go out of town. My window treatments were installed by the JLS installer, Jorge and his crew, and I am thrilled with the results. “This is a class act business!! I was shopping for windows coverings and found World Class Window Coverings online. While I had made several other estimate appointments, the reviews were so good for World Class that I decided to request an estimate from them too. Once Dustin made the estimate visit, I knew they were the best choice for me. The estimate appointment was done with email and scheduled in a timely manner – I loved this. Dustin was professional and helped me make the right selection for my windows. His product knowledge was impressive and I felt confident with his counsel. My install was today - Dustin and Jose installed the window coverings in no time and vacuumed up after their work was complete. The most amazing thing was that Dustin washed his hands before installing the window coverings. I purchased white sheer shading for two windows and he wanted to ensure that he didn’t get them dirty. I’ve had lots of workers and contractors at the house and that attention to detail is rare… Melisa and Dustin’s communication is outstanding. I was kept informed at all times – I did not need to follow up with them, they were pro-active with me. They are both extremely respectful and this is appreciated. Bottom line is that I am absolutely thrilled with my new window coverings. They exceed my expectations and give the two rooms a soft feel. “I had Jeff Johnson come to my home to give us an estimate on a closet that I wanted to turn into a pantry/office closet. He was on time for the appointment and was very pleasant and knowledgeable during the consultation. He listened to all of my needs and concerns and had options for me to choose from. He was able to do a 3-D rendering on his laptop so I could tell what the closet would look like. Other companies are still just drawing the design out on a sketch pad. He represented Bay Home and Window very well and I would highly recommend him. I have chosen not to purchase at this time because of some remodeling we are doing, but will definitely call him when we are ready.”

“I took my blinds to Dart for a string that was broken. I dropped them off at 8 a.m. and they were ready by 10 a.m. I had just purchased a house. The blinds probably had never been cleaned. Dart referred me to his brother Chris who cleans blinds. Chris came to our house one evening, removed all 14 sets of blinds in various sizes. Returned them all 2 days later nice & clean and installed them. Both brothers were very easy to deal with. Both were very courteous & punctual.”

The quality was also noted as being definitely there. Also, when making a purchase I am also concerned about service. “We followed a recommendation from our fantastic contractor to get advice, measurements and install from Davis Home Trends. Worked with Paula and could not be happier. Paula helped up to arrive at a solution for a hard to reach window for a narrow window in our bathroom (we were shooting for a zen feeling) and for two windows in a bedroom. The end result was functional and hit the aesthetic we were looking for. I'll include pictures but they don't do it justice. Loved too that the remote for the hard to reach window was a black rock, which you can see on the window shelf at the end of the tub. Wouldn't know it was a remote unless you turned it over. Also, the window treatments are of great quality. I look forward to working with this company again and highly recommend them.”
