Michelle arrived as scheduled, after touring the house and seeing the windows that needed to be addressed, Michelle made several suggestions of products that would work based on our style and level of privacy and/or darkness we were looking to attain. She had sample books with her, so we could see how each product and color would work in each room. I placed my order that day. The installer arrived several weeks later, installed the blinds quickly and he cleaned up after himself! The top down bottom up blinds were the best suggestion ever, the options for privacy are excellent. It was a five star experience for sure!”

They were polite, professional, and could answer all my questions about the products I'd purchased. The installer noticed that the mechanism on one of the blinds was "a little stiff", and ordered a replacement without me even having to ask.
