“Long story short, we hired a bad "contractor" who tore apart our kitchen, bathroom, and two bedrooms. It went south quick and we were in a terrible position when a friend referred us to Rich at Final Touch. Rich came into our home, reviewed what needed to be done, provided a VERY reasonable bid, and made us a promise to have someone in our house every day until things were put back together. Rich kept every promise made to us, showed compassion, and runs a very precise, conscientious, and honest company.
