“Bill is a true professional. He works with you to plan your project but encourages you to be true to what you want the finished product to look like. At first, I was unsure about being the one to purchase all the project supplies but, Bill is so helpful that it quickly becomes a collaboration. He will guide you to quality vendors and help with choices but he doesn't take a "middle man" role where the price is inflated. “Had Gary come out to my rental property to fix the shower drain. Could have done an easy fix that would have caused problems later, but replaced the drain pipe, and the trip on the tub. Works great, and I have very happy tenants... Even glued down a transition piece in the kitchen cause he saw it was lose. Very respectful of people and their things. Would hire him again in a heartbeat!!”
