“Due to disabling illness, we needed to convert down bath to handicapped accessible ASAP. Larry rearranged his schedule and got the job completed within 48 hours during Xmas/NewYears week. Removed glass shower doors and packaged them for future use; installed 3 grab bars; installed handheld shower head with shutoff valve. $605 + Material. To convert office into a bedroom, Larry rearranged all furniture; removed large bookcase, packed books and took them to Library for donation. $195.00. LC Handyman is one of the very few Handyman Services that has an office staff to answer the phone and schedule jobs while Larry is on jobs. Too many handymen use their personal cellphone, which is useless when they are in a "dead zone" or too busy to answer it. Totally professional operation.”

Since we were living there while the work was being done, we really appreciated Kenny's dependability, fast schedule, and creative management of the project. We've subsequently hired them for several other projects, including a small kitchen remodel. “Truly the best, Ive been wanting to remodel my bathroom for a long time could never find a trustworthy and reliable contractor, I found rich and saw that he had excellent reviews on yelp also so I called him, answered right away and came out that same day, gave me an estimate and then started the work right away, throughout the process he constantly gave me updates and different ideas for how I could do exactly what I wanted for the best possible price, his team was very clean and professional and at the end of it all I was very satisfied, will definitely call him for anything I need done around my house.”

“I whole-heartedly recommend Affordable Home Repairs for repairs, construction and remodels. I began with a small project including a fence replacement and patio cover repair. I was so impressed with James and his crew that I embarked on a full home remodel including kitchen, 3 bathrooms, windows and doors, lighting and stairway and flooring changes. James is a craftsman with many years of experience and is very knowledgeable about local resources. James is an excellent communicator.
