Time was of the essence, because the floors were done and the painting was to begin. Josu, of B.M.I Contracting, had a cancelation from his schedule and was able to jump in and provide the trim for our 2200 SF house. Given COVID, trim supply was short for wood trim. Josu went to 3 sources to track down enough of the same trim for us. Josu worked steadfastly and efficiently to install the trim and the results are great! He excelled at communication of pros and cons of choices, shared appropriate details and status. This communication and care for quality resulted in our trust and appreciation.
