“Flexcourt installed the Platinum Basketball Hoop - I am 100% satisfied with the product, the installation and the process. In January 2022, I reached out to FlexCourt (Andre) to discuss the basketball hoops. Andre guided me through the specs of the different options and I decided on the Platinum Hoop for my home. We discussed the timeline for installation and I was advised that it is impossible to predict exactly when the hoop could be installed since there are a number of factors taken into their planning (Length of winter; number of installations; weather). I was told that an summer installation would be possible. I was also told that a DIY installation was possible, and that would likely lead to an earlier installation (i.e. they would ship me the hoop and I could install whenever I want). On February 1, 2022, I signed the documents for the DIY option In early March 2022 I reviewed the DIY installation materials (which are very thorough and explain the process, step-by-step) and changed course. I decided that I wanted Flexcourt to install my basketball hoop. The Hoop requires an 18" x 6'-7' (deep) Foundation; too much for me. I got local quotes from trades and their price for the foundation was comparable to Flexcourt --> but with Flexcourt the hoop was also installed. In hindsight, this was the BEST DECISION EVER. It was very clearly explained to me that the Hoop Installation process requires 2 steps; (1) Foundation + at least 72 hours to cure and (2) basketball hoop installation. There was some back and forth with Flexcourt (Andre) about when these steps would occur. Since I live in a rural area about 2 hours west of Ottawa, I understood that my project would be scheduled with other jobs in my general vicinity. Although I would have appreciated a clearer estimate about when the project could be completed, Andre was able to provide general estimates and was transparent about unforeseeable delays with shipping and with his pool of labour. June 7, 2022: Flexcourt poured the Foundation June 24, 2022: Flexcourt installed the Basketball Hoop My only feedback to Flexcourt during this process is that I would have appreciated a better understanding of where my project fit in the cue. That being said, this is a very minor issue, in the circumstances, given the general state of construction projects in Ontario. I am 100% satisfied with this product and I highly recommend flexcourt. With respect to timelines for the work, I would encourage folks to appreciate that this is not an insignificant project. For anyone who things this can be installed at the drop of a hat, feel free to consider the DIY option and you can install the hoop yourself!”

“I hired The Fence and Deck Centre to install a new fence and gate on one side of my house. We just moved into our 4 year old house - turns out that just one side of the house had a fence installed by another company when it was just built. Adam visited the site, measured, put together a detailed quote and payment plan - very easy to do business with.They started work at first opportunity once weather permitted...and they cleaned up afterwards.They used superior materials and know-how...it was easy to compare their work to the existing fence on the other side of the house. At the same time, two adjacent neighbours who also were in need of new fence installs (none existed at the time) also contracted Adam to install their fences. So now, we all have fences on all sides.
