We searched around, interviewed several contractors in Conneticut and were not satisfied. “My company, Car Lifts Plus, LLC, has hired Elite Concrete Systems, Robin Leigh, dozens of times within the past 3 or 4 years to install epoxy/polyaspartic seamless floor systems in our customers garages. Robin is a perfectionist and demands a "perfect installation". If required, which doesn't happen often, Robin will bend over backwards to create total satisfaction for my/his clients. Robin continuously investigates new products and new equipment, spending countless hours on the internet improving his service. Before finding Robin I had hired 3 or 4 guys who claimed that they could do the job, but be careful, most of these "fly by night" contractors in this business don't have a clue, and your expensive floor will have a "taillight guarantee" (when you can't see my taillights, your warranty has ended). “For 23 years, we have had a set of front steps that leaked into a closet underneath them whenever it rained hard. We had buckets to catch the water and towels to soak up the leaks, At times we would tarp the front steps ahead of a storm and this would keep the water out. GM Masonry was recommended to us. We contacted Gianni and Katie in late November 2017. Gianni came out to understand the problem and give us a proposal. The cost was reasonable and shortly thereafter in December, Malo and Julio came out and did the job in very short order. They lifted stones laid on top of the concrete steps, found a crack where the steps meet the house and made short work of the problem with hydraulic cement and relaying of the slate. We have not had a drop of water in our basement since and have certainly had lots of heavy rain to test the fix! Wish we knew of them years ago! Their whole team was GREAT!!! Professional, timely, friendly, courteous and reasonable cost-wise. Highly recommend them.”
