“I had well over 5000 sq ft of concert/pavers that needed a new look. Had couple companies stop by to give bids and none of them had the knowledge and experience. Fortunately, I found Armando and his expertise made me hire him on the spot. It was one of the best decisions I have made. His pricing is very fair and better than the competition. Armando was able to create samples and helped me choose the right colors. It took sometime to make up our minds but he was patient throughout the process. He even went out of his way and did bigger samples to provide us better idea. Once we were set with the colors, Armando began the work. They are one of the hardest workers I have seen. I have been in construction multiple times and these guys are definitely on top of my list. It was burning hot, 100 degrees and these guys were out in the sun for 8+ hours laying out the epoxy, paint, stain, seal. They never complained and the work done was top notch. The outcome was at superb level. It is better than if I laid out a new concrete. I was happy with the work and the professionalism Armando presented. You can not go wrong this company. Patients, hard work, and expertise makes them number one on my list for outdoor flooring restoration! Thank you Armando again for all your hard work!”

“We contracted Swan General to build an extension for our backyard fence including replacement of a broken picket fence and gate. The work they did exceeded our expectations! Abe suggested numerous options across a range of price-points to compliment the look of our Tudor style home. We chose an arched arbor gate which SG built custom. They worked efficiently, kept the worksite clean throughout, and came within our budget and timeline. We couldn’t be happier with our new fence, and charm it adds to our home!”

“Look no more, this earthquake retrofitting company is the one to choose. They are the best earthquake retrofitting specialists in Los Angeles. I had the pleasure of hiring them last year to fix damages we acquired to the foundation of our home and so far the results have been great. Thankfully no big earthquake has hit Los Angeles however we have had little jolts here and there that scare the heck out of my family and I. “I had a great experience working with Martín and his son Martin! Both of them made the construction process very easy and I and extremely happy with the stone work that was installed at my home. I first got an estimate for the work from Martin Jr. He helped me with the design process and helped me select a stone for my home. He brought to my home over 5 samples of flagstone and ledgerstone from Resource Building Materials. Once I chose the stone, Martin Sr (Owner of Pacificland) came over with his crew and installed the beautiful stone work himself. The job came out great and I am glad I chose them for my remodeling project.”

“These guys did a fabulous job from the beginning to the end: helping us to select our slabs, keeping our slabs safe while our house was remodeled, taking measurements at our house, creating templates and "templating" the stone based on our input. They were absolute perfectionists trying to get the best out of our slabs. When we realized that we do not have enough stone (we added a waterfall bar in the process), they found a small piece matching our slab. The installation went very smoothly and the guys worked really hard, especially Carlos. He is a real pro. The stone looks amazing thanks to Carlos skills of taking care every detail no matter how small it is. We selected these guys because they have very good reviews on http://ths.gardenweb.com and we are very glad we did. When our kitchen is finished, we will post a couple of photos.”
