“Jim Roberts was our contact with Black Diamond for our project which consisted of (1)replacing a poured concrete front walkway that had two steps with pavers on an incline with no steps (this avoids people tripping on the steps at night) ; (2) creating a parking space next to the driveway with pavers; and (3) creating extra patio space using pavers around the back yard pool out of a grass area. Jim provided a nice presentation and competitive estimate and provided valuable creative input that steered us towards good choices of pavers and a great outcome. I was very nervous about the second part of the project (see above) because virtually all of our house utilities (gas, electric, telephone, cable, water line and drain line) all were directly through the area to be paved. Also, two massive tree root systems running through the area had to be hand removed due to being directly over the utilities. Jim and Black Diamond served up a truly outstanding crew that pulled it off without cutting any of the utility lines. Jim had good follow through and represented his company professionally and he would be our first call should we need paver services again. In summary, this was one of our best ever contracting outcomes and give due credit to Jim for that result. Chuck Clark”

The planning process was great, the design was exactly what I wanted, and the work done simply great. Karen was always available when I needed to talk, the budget was more than fair, and they left no trace of a mess when they were finished. Home remodeling is always a chore, but Karen made it almost fun! and it was well worth it. This is someone who I can recommend with no reservations.”

“Derrick and his team did my house in San Juan Capistrano.They were very polite and easy to work with. In four days they did about five hundred square feet of astro turf and fifteen hundred square feet of pavers. The team was quick and clean. I would highly recommended them to friends and family. Couldn’t be happier with the decision I made hiring Luxury Astro Turf.”
