“We contracted Swan General to build an extension for our backyard fence including replacement of a broken picket fence and gate. The work they did exceeded our expectations! Abe suggested numerous options across a range of price-points to compliment the look of our Tudor style home. We chose an arched arbor gate which SG built custom. They worked efficiently, kept the worksite clean throughout, and came within our budget and timeline. We couldn’t be happier with our new fence, and charm it adds to our home!”

“Look no more, this earthquake retrofitting company is the one to choose. They are the best earthquake retrofitting specialists in Los Angeles. I had the pleasure of hiring them last year to fix damages we acquired to the foundation of our home and so far the results have been great. Thankfully no big earthquake has hit Los Angeles however we have had little jolts here and there that scare the heck out of my family and I. I'm so happy I reached out when I did because when all these little ones hit my family and I feel better with the decision we made. Joey at Golden Retrofitting was an absolute pleasure to do business with. He explained what the best route to take with the floor plan of our house, and his prices were way more affordable than I thought. “The concrete in our driveway has a lot of cracks. Or at least it did until we got West Coast Concrete to fix them. We had new, mosaic-style concrete put in. Looks like a million bucks and it didn't even break the bank!”

“The two owners Vassil and Peter were amazing! I contacted the company after we had a beautiful concrete counter top made for our outdoor cabana that was not sealed properly. In panic mode, I called them and they got back to me that very evening and came for a site shortly afterwards. The customer service was great! They came up with a plan to seal the counters properly. They made some samples for us so we can chose what finish we wanted. They sealed they counter tops and it looks perfect! Not to mention since then we have had pizza parties and outdoor events with red wine, oil and not a single stain on the counter tops!!”
