My only advice would to strongly recommend you go any where else than this guy. worked on the Albion store where my company went to work to grind & repair the showroom floor witch was an old mechanic's work shop with lay after layer of old paint cracks & holes in the slab. on the day of looking at the job most of the holes where covered by thick paint We where asked to repair most of the big ones but to leave some of the roughness to the floor as he wanted some what of a rustic finish. Witch we did & finding that the old paint hid a lot more holes in the slab witch we then repaired under there direction. sealing the concrete floor & bench was a large job costing over 6k for the sealer alone laying 3 coats as the floor was highly porous in sections & required the 3 coats. working late into the Friday night to complete the job for him. About 7am Saturday morning I receive a phone call from the owner of groove tiles saying I need to get to site right now because he wasn't happy with how shiny it is! I arrived at site to find him & about 5/6 people there moving pallets of tiles around on the freshly sealed floor. leaving marks & scratchers where they had been moving pallets. it was very obvious that the floor was still wet the sealer had no more then 5 hours to go off I would have expected someone involved in flooring to know this.... Guess not. but to go one better when the due date came for payment & he didn't pay when I contacted him as to why we hadn't got our money yet he said because the floor sealer we used was to shiny & looked scratched even though we preformed a test section & then informed by the owner that was the sealer type he wanted. when I told him that we did above & beyond what was expected he said that it was on us. He then goes on to say that if we got him the same sealer we used he would apply another coat to fix the marks caused by the moving of pallets himself. didn't want to pay the the invoice for the grinding & sealing because of the scratchers he caused & the sealer been to shiny also the product he picked but wanted us to sell him the same sealer we used but he reckoned he would pay us for the tin of sealer only. witch we said you must be joking... he wasn't pretty self entitled if you ask me. strongly recommend you don't risk it & go to a reparable supplier.

As a first time renovator you could not find a better store to go to. There is a great selection of tiles (without being overwhelmed) and Sylvana was extremely helpful in helping me navigate my way through the myriad of colours, sizes, styles. When asked she gave me suggestions to consider and even when the colour in the end did not match I was able to return them. No hesitation in recommending them. Always professional, always knowledgable, always helpful. always great customer service. Thanks for a great (although sometimes stressful) experience.

I found this team to be nice until we had a problem. They then lied about what was said and refused to rectify the situation. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

The service we received from Katherine was faultless. She offered her expertise without forcing her choices onto us and made sure we were completely happy in any decision we made. We were dreading picking our tiles but Katherine made the experience enjoyable and for that we can't thank her enough.

The team at Groove tiles were extremely helpful and professional from the very first appointment. They helped us in providing options for our house and guided us along the decision process. We needed a large amount of tiles of which some had to come from overseas and they made sure that the supplier in Italy matched the batch number to ensure they were exactly the same as what we had seen. They then followed through to ensure they arrived on time for our builder. Highly recommend this company for anyone looking for an experienced tile company that can also assist with design.

Both Brian and Tahn provided exceptional service during our renovation project. They were open and honest when providing ideas and feedback in relation to materials and design to improve functionality and layout of our bathrooms. Their flexibility in terms of product delivery dates and changes to orders to suit the builder's timeframes was above and beyond expectations. We were kept informed every step of the way. I would recommend GT&S above any other tiling supplier due to their quality, efficiency and differentiation in the market.

i spent ages phoning tile retailers seeking information about a specific porcelain tile,not knowing any names,just knowing the colouring and types of patterns,but found most companies did not have what we were after,or most said they are going on holidays,and phone after xmas.i phoned groove tile and stone,which was actually the last call i decided to make,as i had enough,and artika answered,i told her what i was after,and she said i know what you are looking for,and i will email you within the next hour.i thought to myself,it will probably be the last i hear from her.i could not of been soooo wrong.she sent me the email,with pictures of exactly what my wife and i were after.i paid for approx 32sq m,and they are being delivered on the 5th jan.do yourself a favour if looking for tiles and a helping hand,bacause the searching is a real pain in the a_ _,and artika will help you all the way,and their range is HUGE>thanks artika,and merry xmas.kindest regards,colin.
