Currently finalizing 3 bathrooms and a kitchen with lots of tiles and Uptiles Strathpine have been brilliant. Very knowledgeable, helpful staff, great advice with a very broad range of tiles and excellent pricing. The staff and service has been exceptional! 5 stars every day of the week! :) The tiler that they recommended was excellent!

Looking for tiles? Look elsewhere. The service we received from this place was unprofessional, messy and downright inconvenient and a waste of time. They don't return your calls (thanks Shane), their designer will sell you tiles that are "In Stock"... But you'll then find out later once you've paid, that they're actually on a boat. And they can't get them to you when you need them. Even though it was 4 weeks since you ordered them... So for a much less stressful experience, head to a business that actually does have their back end systems in order and decent customer service!

Uptiles where ok. I thought the price was ok and the service not bad. Then they recommended a tiler to us. We paid him over $6000 to ruin two bathrooms. Attached is a sample of this guys work. There are some many chipped tiles with edges that aren't straight it almost looks normal. There is grout missing is numerous areas on the floor and walls. I can see the waterproofing between the tiles. When we initailly turned the shower on water rushed out of the showers because he hadn't put a gradient on the floor back to the drain. The actual tile suface is ruined because he left the grout on there for so long the grout haze is now permanent. We have used every chemical under the sun to try and remove it but to no avail. We will most likely have to redo the entire bathroom. Be wary of the tilers they recommend. USELESS.
