His presentation was non-pareil, his knowledge of the industry impressive, his negotiations respectful, transparent and patient, his pricing fair. We got what was promised: excellent windows that reduce noise and save energy; big glass sliding doors that handle easily and look great; siding that improved not only our building but the neighborhood. Their recommendation to add partial stone to the face of the building was excellent and proved very attractive. The crew was exceptionally well trained and worked at breakneck speed on very modern scaffolding.
