“We have used Hodges on several different projects- window replacements in 3 different properties, as well as door replacement. Their sales staff is knowledgeable about their products, they are prompt with installation, and they follow up with any problems. They don't do any painting, so plan on either painting trim yourself, or hiring a painter after the job is done. we have recommended them to several other people, who have been equally satisfied.”

“They are a locally owned business, and we felt like he was more straightforward than the other larger companies out there. Also, the prices were reasonable for the type of window that we purchased, which was one of his top of the line models. His crews were professional, efficient and more than happy to clean up after their work. We bought a third of the windows last year, the 2nd third this year. There was no comparison as far as the pricing was concerned. I was quoted about $10,000 higher with another company - and even with their promotion, there was still no comparison to Paul Henry’s prices.”

“They installed siding, roof, windows and doors. They are very knowledgeable and professional. They show up when they say they will, the worked is performed well and they clean up when they are done. They don't seem to offer a lot of different brands but they know the products well. Have hired them more than once.”

“I am in the planning stages of a major remodel which includes replacing many windows. From my first call to Shenandoah Sash & Door until my most recent communications with them, they have been nothing but wonderful. I visited their showroom and was greeted by Tom Sanders the General Manager, who gave me a tour and thoroughly explained all Kolbe's latest products. After my visit he was quick to respond to my emails and answer any questions that I had. I am new to the area and he was kind enough to connect me with local vendors that I asked about. I will definitely be using this company when I order windows.”

“From the sales rep to the installers, Window Universe was very professional. The sales rep was knowledgeable, detailed and very easy-going. I appreciated that he did not present with a pushy sales-pitch. The process thereafter played out exactly how the sales rep said it would. I received a call for a rep to come out and measure, then my windows were ordered, upon receipt, I was called to set up an install appointment. The installers worked on time, worked very hard and completed a very large job in just one day. Overall, I was very pleased with my experience with Windows Universe.”
