A guest bedroom should be inviting and relaxing but walking into a room with dbl. lge mirrors and seeing yourself twice on every occasion is not my idea of inviting. The chest is nice, how does that tone with the bedset? Could that be put on the wall opposite the curtains, add new crystal knobs and put a tiny chair offside with it and a small picture above with timber frame.How about a quilted beadhead in med. weight fabric to match the colour in the quilt (not navy) and do you need tables each side of bed? What colour is the shade? If white, then perhaps white side tables but change the handles/knobs to rose gold (if can find). It maybe a bit of a challenge but can you get a sample fabric and take it and the lamp to a furniture store?

Absolutely agree with blueskies60 ! Remove the artwork/bench/plant that's on the left and replace then with either a bookshelf or a tall chest of drawers. Perhaps the plant can be repositioned into the corner on the floor where this troublesome niche is (there seems to be more than enough light there for a plant) and just place something calm and simple in the niche itself - perhaps a Japanese style scroll or pen and ink art work set off with a more rounded object sitting in the left corner of the niche; a gorgeous rock, a lovely candle, a calming statue... If you have (my preference) a chest of timber drawers on the left where the current art work is, you'll break up the symmetry, have more storage and have another surface upon which you can place a changing display of objects. This is the area that I would utilise for a mirror.

Hi Nada, if you’re aiming for serenity, my personal opinion is, while the style of the mirrored dresser is complementary, it would give a busier, more glam look. Nothing wrong with that, just a different aesthetic. Items can often appear different in photos, but there doesn’t appear to be any cohesiveness in style between your bedside tables and the second dresser. I agree with those who recommended not going with the matching dresser but, generally, colour alone is not enough for that put together look we all aim for. Some reflection of the style, for example similar shaped legs, tips it over from neat to stylish. Perhaps look at a similar style but in a distressed look or a very pale blue? Or take photos of your room and visit some showrooms and see what they suggest. Unless there’s a reason to hurry, take your time. And above all, choose what you love. Style is, and should be, personal. Your, to date, purchases are lovely so trust your instincts.
