We sold our house and we downsized into a new duplex. We moved into the left side of the house (n 24) about 1 month ago and this is the landscape we found. We would like to add 2 trees : one on the left side in front of the silver letter box and the other in the middle of the green lawn patch between our neighbour and ourselves. Both of them would be on the Council lawn near the kerb. The trees should not be deciduous,should not require much maintenance and reach our second floor windows because they are building a 2 storey house just in front of us (there is a 2 way road between the new building and our house). The trees will not cover much but I would just like to have a bit more of privacy and because we think it will be nice too to have 2 identical trees on both sides of the house.
