Hi there - hubby and I are first-time builders and, whilst we intend to be in the house for a good few years, we're endeavouring to future-proof for resale.
My question is, are inset sinks a 'must have'? I really like the look of them but we are at the pointy end of the budget and I'm trying to figure whether I should ditch :
1) soft close drawers
2) waterfall bench top
3) inset sink
Also, has anyone fitted an IKEA inset sink? Obviously the prices are appealing but is that their only redeeming feature?
Can anyone shed any light and help me make a decision?! TIA
