drawers I have 1 drawer for drink bottles and 1 for containers all pots goes in 2 drawers really need a third drawer ..cake and baking pans another drawer... frying pans are hung up on hooks in my butler pantry

Ok, I'm sold. Thanks for your follow up Vy. Thanks for making it unanimous advice for drawers to solve the issue Tracy. I totally agree it's a huge pain with the size of the cupboards to pull something out from the back.

one shallow drawer to store stackable plastic boxes for the freezer, all the other storage containers (vintage glass jars) are in constant use in the pantry. Saucepans with their lids are kept in one deep drawer, one cabinet shelf for special frypans with their lids and a corner cupboard for big appliances. an extra deep base cabinet and drawers for storing special bakeware but i only recently learned the secret is not more storage, it's less stuff: so i now only keep things that are used at least once every year!

Haha. That's another topic altogether. To keep it or not to keep it (all that stuff) that is the question.

bigreader I know..I haven't bought any for yonks..it's the kids..they get freebies and then they bought some themselves .I had to tidy up before I took the photos :)

some are bottles from those nutribullet thingy as the oldest is into health food .

For bakeware and other items that are not often used you can use a plastic storage containers and have on your pantry floor if kitchen storage space is limited. That way it is easy to slide out when needed.
