Dull/Cloudy Spots on New Quartz Counter tops

We recently moved into a new home with quartz counter tops. I noticed upon moving in that there were clear glue dots dried on the counter top. I was able to scrap most of them off, but I noticed that there are still dull/cloudy spots on the quartz counter tops. I've used Dawn Ultra Platinum Dish Soap mixed with water to wipe the counters down and Weiman Quartz Clean & Shine to try and remove the spots. They are still there and only visible in sunlight reflecting off the counter or lights. How would I remove these? Any help is appreciated. I am not sure if it's glue or what.
I've attached a photo. It's hard to see with a camera. I've circled an area above the dishwasher.
