I love those long floorboards/wood-look tiles and they are the feature so you wouldn't want something too busy on the walls... personally I would go with a larger format say 300x600 rectified edge white tile with a matt finish for the Hamptons look... what's your vanity?... a timber one would tie in nicely with the floors and all the white... very Hamptons :)

Are we just talking wall tiles here? What are you looking at for floor tiles? I'm thinking in terms of mixing gloss and matte in both rooms to tie them together and keep your customer happy but giving each bathroom its own character without being too different ................ if that makes sense.

I agree with Paul. In this case I probably would have used the white tile you have used on the other two walls for the far wall as well. Because this is a smaller sized bathroom, the back wall now seems closer, whereas if you kept up with the white it would have made the room feel bigger. You've done well with the placement of fixtures though, it's always a tough job when a bathroom doesn't give you much space. - Jenna

hi my husband is a builder and I know about tiles a lot . there is nothing for wet area tiles . all tiles are floor and wall tiles. yea you could use rough surface tiles in wet area but it's depends on your style but you don't need to choose only rough surface . in wet area you must have to do waterproofing before laying your tiles . you can all choose from cremaic tiles to porcelain tiles. you just need to measure wall hight and width then tiles shop guys they we will work out how many sqm you need or give them your floor plan they can work it out.
