You will want double glazing and prob a tint on western windows. Monument would look more modern. But you have white trim elsewhere.

Hi Magdoline are you sure your windows are Leaking and this is not actually condensation pooling; considering you have no blinds or curtains as window treatments? Timber windows are designed with rebates and should not physically leak. The top section of the bay-window over the kitchen could potentially leak if its seals have perished, but this can be fixed economically without having to replace the window frame or the glass.

If this is a condensation issue due to the cold weather and not leakage and you want to continue without window treatments then you could opt for adding daily drying to your routine, or consult a glazier about possibly installing Double Glazed Glass Panels in your existing timber frames and replacing the existing Aluminium Sliding door with a new double glazed door.

All this will be far less expensive than full window replacements, will preserve the character of your home and preserve its value of having Timber Window frames, and will have less environmental impact due to less waste.
