A new build west facing home with panoramic vistas across a tidal bay. A 400mm thick durable face brick work was selected to provide physical & emotional shelter from the hammering south west winds. Softer materials enclose a sheltered courtyard arranged centrally to the home. The house has 20 000 litres of static water storage and a bushfire sprinkler system to deal with a Flame Zone rated site. This is the second home for the owner designed by us, the first being right next door.
