Not your average McMansion

This medium sized family home sits neatly in amongst its more standard mates but the front door with its pop of colour tell us that something special hides beyond. The house features passive solar design, recycled brick and natural wood throughout. The concrete slab helps to regulate the temperature of the house on cold Ballarat winter nights as well as those really stinking hot days. This home features a fireplace but the house is comfortable regardless of using it.
