For this bathroom overhaul of an original South Australian homestead, we took our cues from the transitional style of the house. The original bathroom had to be completely gutted, new floors laid and pug walls straightened and rendered.

The classical black and white checkered floor tiles are a nod to tradition, age and heritage of the house, while the large format textured wall tiles, sleek chrome tapware and sumptuous free standing bath give the space a modern contemporary feel. The result is a light, bright and luxurious spa-like bathroom right in the heart of the Barossa.
