Recessed pet feeding station. Don’t need it to be no-tip fancy but out of the way is good

Do those extra table sides tuck under? Could be useful for those occasional sewing projects. The permanent part is still large for being practical for everyday use

That table would work if you can’t have a big island

Those bench edges - so good for cleaning

If you only have a wall

Draw rack - actually might use that

Cute linen shelves

Bathroom better but hallway recess ok - can you imagine actually closing the door

I like the curve into the seat

Is that a cat litter box

Attractive shelves. Not too tricky to clean

Sliding door

If there’s space - having the seat/shelf extending is practical for sitting AND storing

Weird but cute splash back

These draws would work for linen. I’d have a roller door.

No reason it can’t be raised

Dog (or whatever) shower useful. I’d go for a more tub like thing.

You’d need bloody good ventilation and dryer dust filters to have your linen on open shelves like this.

How annoying would that mat be! Having a recessed mat - that’d work. A bit annoying to clean but how often do you do that.

Wood bench and shelves are nice and I know how to fix them

Cute shelf

Butlers sink (just one). Can fit buckets etc for soaking. Pull out racks for items that need to be dried flat. Though I don’t do many of those types of clothes. Also movable tap nozzle!

Nice washing line

Open shelves for laundry baskets

Raised off the floor for sweeping and mopping

Love the dog wash spot

Laundry in a large bathroom. Assuming a seperate toilet, it would be very practical. (It’s not like you can use the washing machine while someone’s in the shower anyway). All the damp warm moisture in one place, not to mention plumbing.

Outdoor laundry. Heaven

Just hooks on a wall for broom etc. practical. And cheap!

Under desk baskets for laundry - practical. Tilt bins work too.
