A bedhead can be so much more than merely something to rest your back against while you sit up reading in bed. The right one will ground your bed inside your sleep space, making it a focal point – or potentially creating – your bedroom’s overall aesthetic. This collection of bedrooms spans everything from traditional to contemporary, with some boho, rustic and quirky pieces thrown in to inspire your creative side.

Some are very dreamy all are creative but some are the stuff of nightmares!
This is a Houzz photo. Can you tell me where this bedhead is from?
I viewed these bedrooms for ideas for my own master bed redo and many are just okay but some I could never sleep in those rooms! Lots of ideas!
Just love my traditional style and always will I guess - so I found #1 to quite beautiful and tasteful. Yes, I could sleep there quite nicely! I found #22 quite charming and restful. I loved the large the light giving window bedroom of #24, and I could envision this room with Zuber wallpaper, gilt wall sconces, rich fabrics and drapes puddled atop dense carpeting (or wood floor) and traditional furnishings even though the decor is nice .
#28 is truly interesting and strikes me as somewhat of a room in a tree - looking out. A tree house bedroom. What a cozy and peaceful place to go to sleep for the flora and fauna lovers out there! Quite different and quite nice!
But I think the biggest take away for me was #8. Wow, and I am not a modern type or minimalist type AT ALL - but I think this is quite stunning. To me, this IS the modern version and polar opposite of High Victorian. Depth and reveals are formed, catch the light in different angles, the geometric shapes are not harsh and somehow induce (to me) a soothing balance of shapes that meld effortlessly with each other. Clever positioning next to a window adds natural light, a view, and makes the space more expansive. The forms seem to envelope the bed in a rather quiet and secure fashion. I normally do not like sharp lines or sharp points as they feel "harsh" to me, but in this design, there is nothing harsh, just beautiful symmetry. I see an almost stunning celestial pattern in the forms that is most appropriate for bedtime.
Very well done!
