This project is a whole home remodel that is being completed in 2 phases. The first phase included this bathroom remodel. The whole home will maintain the Mid Century styling. The cabinets are stained in Alder Wood. The countertop is Ceasarstone in Pure White. The shower features Kohler Purist Fixtures in Vibrant Modern Brushed Gold finish. The flooring is Large Hexagon Tile from Dal Tile. The decorative tile is Wayfair “Illica” ceramic. The lighting is Mid-Century pendent lights. Inspiration for a large transitional kids bathroom in Miami with shaker cabinets, white cabinets, a drop-in tub, a shower/bathtub combo, white tile, porcelain tile, multi-coloured walls, a vessel sink and quartzite benchtops.

Slab doors and drawers with horizontal grain and a dark finish are combined with the glass tile and light grey quartz countertop to create a striking bathroom. The cabinets are wall mounted and manufactured using a structured thermofoil, which holds up nicely in the higher humidity of the bathroom. The shower, tub and floor are also tiled in coordinating greys.

A double vanity painted in a deep dusty navy blue with a mirror to match. Love the pair of nickel wall lights here and the Leroy Brooks taps. Marble countertop and floor tiles.

To create better eye line views of the East River, new tilt and turn windows were installed. Custom mill work and radiator enclosures were created for this repeat client. Also, the kitchen was opened to the living room.

The bedroom has a vaulted ceiling, transom windows, and opens to the outside. The outdoor living space includes a screened porch and deck.
