A serene colour palette with shades of Dulux Bruin Spice and Nood Co peach concrete adds warmth to a south-facing bathroom, complemented by dramatic white floor-to-ceiling shower curtains. Finishes of handmade clay herringbone tiles, raw rendered walls and marbled surfaces adds texture to the bathroom renovation.

Our clients wished for a larger main bathroom with more light and storage. We expanded the footprint and used light colored marble tile, countertops and paint colors to give the room a brighter feel and added a cherry wood vanity to warm up the space. The matt black finish of the glass shower panels and the mirrors allows for top billing in this design and gives it a more modern feel.

The materials in the room are soothing and give a nice vintage vibe in keeping with the rest of the home. We completed a kitchen remodel for this client a few years’ ago and were delighted when she contacted us for help with her master bath! The bathroom was fine but was lacking in interesting design elements, and the shower was very small. We started by eliminating the shower curb which allowed us to enlarge the footprint of the shower all the way to the edge of the bathtub, creating a modified wet room. The shower is pitched toward a linear drain so the water stays in the shower. A glass divider allows for the light from the window to expand into the room, while a freestanding tub adds a spa like feel. The radiator was removed and both heated flooring and a towel warmer were added to provide heat. Since the unit is on the top floor in a multi-unit building it shares some of the heat from the floors below, so this was a great solution for the space. The custom vanity includes a spot for storing styling tools and a new built in linen cabinet provides plenty of the storage. The doors at the top of the linen cabinet open to stow away towels and other personal care products, and are lighted to ensure everything is easy to find. The doors below are false doors that disguise a hidden storage area. The hidden storage area features a custom litterbox pull out for the homeowner’s cat! Her kitty enters through the cutout, and the pull out drawer allows for easy clean ups. The materials in the room – white and gray marble, charcoal blue cabinetry and gold accents – have a vintage vibe in keeping with the rest of the home. Polished nickel fixtures and hardware add sparkle, while colorful artwork adds some life to the space.

Amazing 37 sq. ft. bathroom transformation. Our client wanted to turn her bathtub into a shower, and bring light colors to make her small bathroom look more spacious. Instead of only tiling the shower, which would have visually shortened the plumbing wall, we created a feature wall made out of cement tiles to create an illusion of an elongated space. We paired these graphic tiles with brass accents and a simple, yet elegant white vanity to contrast this feature wall. The result…is pure magic ✨

This remodel went from a tiny corner bathroom, to a charming full master bathroom with a large walk in closet. The Master Bathroom was over sized so we took space from the bedroom and closets to create a double vanity space with herringbone glass tile backsplash. We were able to fit in a linen cabinet with the new master shower layout for plenty of built-in storage. The bathroom are tiled with hex marble tile on the floor and herringbone marble tiles in the shower. Paired with the brass plumbing fixtures and hardware this master bathroom is a show stopper and will be cherished for years to come. Modern Citi Group helped Andrew and Malabika in their renovation journey, as they sought to transform their 2,400 sq ft apartment in Sutton Place.
