We recently completed a modern architectural extension to a home in Melbourne's inner north. The design takes advantage of the established garden creating an urban oasis! All the work from design to completion was done by our team!!!

This high-end primary bath remodel incorporated rare pink marble into all aspects of the project. Fixture locations did not change in the design, exterior walls were insulated. Basic architectural components like the shower arch were retained in this superb design by Liz Schupanitz with masterful tile installation by Hohn & Hohn. Cabinets by Frost Cabinets. The primary bathroom is actually a hybrid of the existing conditions and our new aesthetic. We kept the shower as it was (the previous owners had recently renovated it, and did a great job) and also kept the white subway tile that extended out of the shower behind the vanity. In the rest of the room, we brought in the Porcelanosa Noa tile.

Tucked into the corner of the wet room space stands a white freestanding tub with modern polished nickel fixtures. The tub sits atop a textured basket weave floor tile that adds textural interest to the light and bright space. A Blues quartzite-topped vanity melds shades of blue, grey, and taupe, while the luxe vanity stool is covered in a blue-grey fabric and accented with nickel nails. A gold-framed mirror adds a glam touch to this transitional yet glamorous master bath.

This guest bathroom bring calm to the cabin with natural tones through grey countertops and light wood cabinetry. However you always need something unique; like the gold milk globe sconce and funky shaped twin mirrors.

When homeowners think ADA, they tend to get scared or even nervous, wanting their bathroom to be of course functional for everyday use but also be beautiful and magazine-worthy. Well, in this master bath, we did just that. Featuring a curbless shower creating a wet room, this shower creates easy access in and out of the shower for these homeowners. The shower design also incorporates a large bench to use if needed while showering. The grab bars in this space almost appear as if they are not there, blending right into the design of the other plumbing fixtures with their style and finish. Altogether, this master bath is a timeless space from its functional design to the stunning materials we used, from sleek grey stained cabinetry, classic granite countertops, elegant porcelain tile, and striking black matte fixtures.

We worked with our client to remodel her outdated primary bathroom into a relaxing, modern space. We incorporated many high tech features like an Alexa Smart Mirror, a Hydro Fusion Bathtub and a Kohler Eir "Intelligent" Toilet. The shower was designed as a "wet room", without glass and with modern style wall and floor tile.
