dans un immeuble bourgeois, découverte dans un petit appartement des années 70 , dissimulé derrière des plafond en anse de panier culminant à une hauteur de 3 m, ce que j'ai appeler le Titanic: Des plafonds ornementés ceinturés par de gigantesques corniche culminant à 5 mètres de haut. Suite à cette découvertes et après les accords du syndic et des bâtiments de france, nous avons opté pour la création d'une mezzanine autoportantes, d'une isolation périphérique phonique et thermique, de la création de 2 salles de bain, d'une buanderie avec wc invité, de 2 chambre et d'un gigantesque espace de vie.

Step into this bedroom in Exeter. For this transformation, the client wanted a fitted wardrobe system for their master bedroom, to enhance the organisation and breathe new life into the space. For this project, the Volante range was used, known for its sophisticated look with its sleek sliding doors. Stretching from floor to ceiling, the wardrobe not only maximises storage space but also exudes an aura of modern elegance. The chosen colour palette played a crucial role in enhancing the overall ambience, with a light beige tone adding warmth and tranquillity to the room. Cette rénovation de chambre avait pour but la création d'un dressing, ainsi que l'ajout de lumière au plafond. Les propriétaires ayant qu'une prise commandée avec un halogène dans leur chambre, voulait pouvoir intégrer des spots au plafond. Afin de ne pas trop rabaisser la hauteur de la pièce, j'ai proposé de faire une tête de lit plafonnier et d'y intégrer de l'éclairage direct et indirect. Maintenant il dispose d'une chambre plus moderne et avec différentes ambiances lumineuses possible.
