the Bonaldo Cross Dining Table designed by Alain Gilles is the synthesis of the cross combination of three essential elements; table top, metal structure and a central wooden base. The table top rests only on a thin structure, but it is the wooden base in the shape of a cross that gives the table it's name, as well as it's solidity and structural force. The three different and very distinct elements offer the possibility of creating various combinations of finishes and colours, from the most original to the most understated ones, for a highly customisable table. The table top is in wood, ceramic or marble, although not all finishes are available in all sizes - please check the drop down menus. For the metal base there are a variety of colours to choose from and for the wooden cross you can select from three wood finishes. Available in four different sizes, the table shown here has an American walnut top and cross, with a central base in lead painted metal.
