The desk area in the kitchen serves as a perfect spot to leave messages and important information. Magnetic primer and chalkboard paint make a great backsplash and the built-in cabinetry blend seamlessly with the rest of the kitchen.

Command Central: This room is the renovated home office that was once a small guest room. It is right off the kitchen on the main floor, so it made a great location for the family home office. The cabinetry is the same style and color as the kitchen so one room flows nicely with the next. The countertop is a warm grey limestone with shells and fossils appearing in the stone. The wall behind the desk and in between the wall cabinets is covered with a tack board that is then covered with a burlap material. The deep drawers to the left make a perfect location for long rolls of wrapping paper.

Studio Catoir
Architecture intérieure d'un appartement situé au dernier étage d'un bâtiment neuf dans un quartier résidentiel. Le Studio Catoir a créé un espace élégant et représentatif avec un soin tout particulier porté aux choix des différents matériaux naturels, marbre, bois, onyx et à leur mise en oeuvre par des artisans chevronnés italiens. La cuisine ouverte avec son étagère monumentale en marbre et son ilôt en miroir sont les pièces centrales autour desquelles s'articulent l'espace de vie. La lumière, la fluidité des espaces, les grandes ouvertures vers la terrasse, les jeux de reflets et les couleurs délicates donnent vie à un intérieur sensoriel, aérien et serein.
Mon Concept Habitation
La rénovation de cette maison a été conçue par l'architecte @VictoriaDouyère et réalisée par notre équipe.
Cette maison de 103 m2 achetée dans son jus avait besoin d'être rénovée pour repenser les volumes et la mettre au goût de nos clients. Les verrières cintrées en chêne permettent d'ouvrir visuellement l'entrée sur le séjour sans la décloisonner entièrement.
L'espace cuisine se situant au sous-sol, nous avons décaissé le sol coté cuisine pour gagner en hauteur sous plafond. Pour cette pièce, nous avons privilégié des matériaux aux coloris clairs pour un rendu lumineux.
Dans le séjour, notre menuisier a réalisé une bibliothèque/bureau sur mesure en bois aussi esthétique que fonctionnelle.
Le résultat ? Une maison aux tons doux avec une touche rétro !
