At the beginning of 2023, we completed work on a full refurbishment of a basement flat in West Kensington. Work began early September 2022 and completed on 10th January 2023 with a budget of approximately £50K to give the kitchen more light and better use of the garden space. After the flat was gutted, we swapped the bathroom and kitchens around to give more light access to the kitchen, new flooring was fitted throughout aswell as the new bathroom and new IKEA kitchen were both installed and decorated. The full project cost was around £50K The client was very pleased with the end result and their lighter kitchen space.
