The major portion of the remodel included: replacing the wood panel walls in the basement with drywall, updating the electric panel and electricity through out the house, adding new light fixtures, replacing the single pane windows with double pane and replaced the old carpets on the lower level with bamboo flooring. We painted the walls and ceiling white and the fireplaces gray.
