Stairs in need of replacement and new outdoor room with firepit was requested. We decided to pickup the brick patio, re-grade it and expand it slightly, replace the railroad tie wall with a stonewall, add granite stairs and a new walkway to get from the patio to the driveway. We also added several stairs using exisitng natural stone from clients woods and created a new outdoor space on the upper level and a firepit with some privacy from the neighboring house that shares a tight driveway.
