The full renovation of this 3-story home located in the gated Royal Oaks development in Houston, Texas is a complete custom creation. The client gave the designer carte blanche to create a unique environment, while maintaining an elegance that is anything but understated. Colors and patterns playfully bounce off of one another from room to room, creating an atmosphere of luxury, whimsy and opulence.

An airing cupboard on the second floor was cleverly converted into a bijou bathroom. Regal purple and eglomise glass tiles creating a cocooning sanctuary for unwinding with bath oil and candles.

A playful and creative contemporary model apartment, designed with bold colors and unique over sized abstract paintings. The deep plumb wall colors contrast the crisp white furniture in the living room and the bedroom. The furniture and accessories are an eclectic mix of clean lines, free forms, gold, black and silver.

A tall linen cabinet was added near the walk in shower for towel storage, and the homeowner requested it have a matching wood countertop so she could display some of her favorite pieces she's picked up while traveling. The shower is tucked behind the bathtub and a wall separates the entrance from the toilet so privacy is maintained.
