This was the morning after we redesigned the front yard. The owners had been dealing with brown patch for several seasons and it had progressively gotten worse. We replaced the St. Augustine with zoysia grass. It is drought tolerant and disease resistant. We added three varieties of Japanese Maples (bloodgood, coral bark, and fireglow) under the beautiful live oak. The front yard transitions from shade to sun as you walk along the sidewalk and added plants that would be happy in their new home.
